The Pan American Fiesta is returning to Mayfair Park in Lakewood with its classic mix of new attractions combined with Lakewood traditions.

Looking for a family-friendly mix of amusement rides, live music with dancing, crafts for sale, and food trucks? Then, mark your calendar for the Mother’s Day weekend of Thursday, May 8 through Sunday, May 11.

Here are some of the features of the 2025 Pan Am Fiesta:

  • Food trucks and food booths, with creative and popular menus.
  • Exhilarating attractions…and lots of carnival rides (for young kids all the way up to teens and adults).
  • Live music on Friday and Saturday night! On Friday night, see and dance to BUMPTOWN. Saturday night features Mariachi Jalisco followed by Knyght Ryder.
  • Traditional flag presentation ceremony of the United States and all countries of the Americas.
  • Children’s cultural booth and Pan Am Fiesta historical display.
  • Arts and crafts vendors offering unique gifts.

Pre-sale discount ride tickets

Starting Monday, April 28 through Wednesday, May 7, you can buy discount ride tickets from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Monday through Friday) at the Recreation and Community Services Department in Lakewood City Hall.  

10 rides for $40 (each credit is good for any one ride on Friday, Saturday or Sunday).

Pre-sale promotional wristbands: $35 for unlimited rides on Friday, Saturday or Sunday from opening until 30 minutes before closing each night. See carnival hours. 

Event day ticket prices (Thursday through Sunday)

On Thursday, May 8, the Fiesta kicks off with *$3 rides from 5 to 9 p.m.

From Friday, May 9 through Sunday, May 11, you can purchase “credits” at the Fiesta to use for rides, food and games. The number of credits needed for each ride vary, from nine to 15.

Credits are available in quantities from 40 to 160, ranging from $20 to $80. 

You can also purchase a promotional wristband for $40, which provides unlimited rides from opening until 30 minutes before closing each night. 

*There is a $3 surcharge on all new wristband purchases. No surcharge on wristband reloads.

Some rides have no single riders and age requirements. All rides with requirements will have signs posted.

Friday, May 9: Open 5 to 10 p.m. with food, carnival rides, and entertainment.

Free shuttle service on Saturday, May 10

On Saturday, May 10 from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. a free shuttle runs every 15 minutes from Lakewood City Hall (Clark/Del Amo) east parking lot to the Pan Am Fiesta entrance.
