The summertime Civic Center Block Party and Fireworks Extravaganza brings the community together at the Lakewood Civic Center for live music, family activities, food booths, food trucks and an evening fireworks show.
The event is held on the last Saturday in June, with live entertainment from 5 to 9 p.m., followed by a spectacular fireworks show at approximately 9:15 p.m.
The Family Fun Zone features activities for kids and families and is located in the parking lot south of the Angelo M. Iacoboni Library.
Families can enjoy a wide variety of food, desserts and beverages at the On the Block Food Court offered by Lakewood eateries and special food trucks.
