Park Recreation Programs

Lakewood offers a variety of recreation programs for children, teens and participants with disabilities, including after-school supervision, teen programs, Tot Lot, vacation day camps and adaptive recreation opportunities.

Adaptive Recreation

The Adaptive Recreation Program (ARP) takes place at Bloomfield Park.

Afterschool Supervision

Lakewood’s parks are safe, clean and fun place for school-age children, teens and preteens to enjoy afterschool self-directed activities.

Teen Programs

Lakewood offers a variety of involvement opportunities and social activities at Lakewood's two teen centers.

Tot Lot

This parent cooperative program is for 2- to 5-year olds and provides a safe, developmental environment for children, and a meeting place for parents.

Vacation Day Camps

Kids can enjoy fun activities at Lakewood's supervised vacation day camps offered during spring, summer and winter school breaks.
