As part of the Fiscal Year 2011–2012 State budget, the California Legislature enacted and the Governor signed Assembly Bills 1X 26 and 1484. These laws require each redevelopment agency to identify its outstanding financial obligations and adopt a resolution listing all enforceable obligations and corresponding payment schedules.
