Download the app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
To report an issue such as a pothole, graffiti or a burned-out streetlight, select the issue from the list of services, snap and add a photo if helpful and submit the request. The information will go directly to Lakewood customer service staff to follow up on the next business day.
