Indoor facility reservations

Lakewood offers a variety of indoor facilities that can be reserved for family celebrations, community functions, business meetings and other gatherings. Reservations may be made up to six months in advance.

Weekend reservations are handled through an online raffle at the six-month mark. After each raffle, any remaining availability is released on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservations are not accepted on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Easter
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Halloween
• Thanksgiving
• Friday after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve

How to reserve a facility

Reservations for indoor facilities are made in person at the Recreation and Community Services counter at City Hall.

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reservation requests must be submitted at least seven business days before the requested date.
• Rental fees are charged hourly and vary by facility and residency status. See the fee schedule below for details.
• A $250 security deposit is required for all reservations.
• A non-refundable application fee of $45.44 is due at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total reservation cost.
• All remaining fees, deposits and liability insurance certificates must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date.
• For reservations made within 30 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
