Service Request system temporarily down

As of Monday, Dec. 22, the following online services are down due to technical issues we are working to resolve:

Lakewood's online service request system and LakewoodConnect app are not working properly. You can call or email us instead.
Our "service by address" function which provides service information based on the address you enter is also affected. View the map of the Street Sweeping Schedule here.
The RV & Trailer Parking online permit system is also affected by the outage so permits cannot be issued at this time. The City will not be issuing tickets for RVs and trailers that do not have permits through Jan. 5 or until the system is restored.

While we work to restore full service, please report any issues in one of the following ways:

Call 562-866-9771, extension 2140 and leave a message describing the issue and its location.
Email Service1@lakewoodca.gov with details and attach a photo of the issue if possible.

The Lakewood website will remain functional as usual.

How to get help

City Hall will be closed Dec. 24-26 for the holiday.

For emergency city service requests, like downed tree limbs or water main leaks, please call 562-866-9771 and follow the recorded instructions to page a Lakewood city emergency staff member.
For a public safety emergency, always call 9-1-1. And for non-emergency law enforcement matters, you can call the Lakewood Sheriff's Station business line 24 hours at 562-623-3500.
For questions or requests regarding trash and disposal services, you may contact EDCO Disposal at 562-531-3054.
For a non-emergency service request after hours or when we’re closed, you can call Lakewood staff at 562-866-9771, ext. 2140 and leave a message that will be acted on the next business day, or send an email to service1@lakewoodca.gov.
