Service Request system temporarily down

As of Monday, Dec. 22, the following online services are down due to technical issues we are working to resolve:

  • Lakewood's online service request system and LakewoodConnect app are not working properly. You can call or email us instead.
  • Our "service by address" function which provides service information based on the address you enter is also affected.  View the map of the Street Sweeping Schedule here
  • The RV & Trailer Parking online permit system is also affected by the outage so permits cannot be issued at this time. The City will not be issuing tickets for RVs and trailers that do not have permits through Jan. 5 or until the system is restored. 

While we work to restore full service, please report any issues in one of the following ways:

  • Call 562-866-9771, extension 2140 and leave a message describing the issue and its location.
  • Email Service1@lakewoodca.gov with details and attach a photo of the issue if possible.

The Lakewood website will remain functional as usual.
