LeadHer Lakewood returns March 27

In celebration of Women’s History Month this March, the second annual LeadHer Lakewood women’s success and empowerment event, returns on Thursday, March 27 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at The Centre.

The evening features a vendor fair, networking with heavy hors d’oeuvres, a dynamic panel discussion and a keynote address by nationally recognized speaker, trainer and leadership coach Marie Knight.

Ms. Knight has addressed multiple municipal government agencies, many non-profit organizations, and various professional associations.  She has conducted hundreds of workshops and training sessions, with clients throughout the state of California as well as in Colorado, Missouri, Florida, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Illinois. She is also a certified behavioral specialist in the John Maxwell Method of DISC and is an affiliated consultant with Municipal Resources Group. Attendees are sure to see an energetic and captivating presentation.

LeadHer Lakewood’s vendor fair includes businesses, individuals and organizations offering volunteerism, self-help, health and beauty, and professional development resources.
