Goodwill celebrated the grand opening of its new Lakewood location on Thursday, July 2, with community members and Lakewood city staff joining the ribbon cutting and festivities.
The new store is located at 5255 Lakewood Blvd., the former JOANN Fabrics site near the corner of Candlewood Street and Lakewood Boulevard.
The celebration included family-friendly activities such as raffles, face painting and special bargains for guests.
Goodwill Lakewood is open Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Donation Center hours are Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
