Prep work continues; paving begins on Clark Avenue

Paving work will begin on Clark Avenue on March 25, starting from Del Amo and working north to the city limits. Crews further north on Clark Avenue will continue doing concrete improvements, lowering manholes and installing curb ramps in preparation. Lane closures will affect traffic through mid-April.

Home security and theft prevention rebates

Lakewood residents are invited to apply for up to five rebates to help protect their home and property through purchasing and installing a home security system and/or equipment to protect their vehicles’ catalytic converters from theft.
