Expect delays on Clark Avenue

Fiber-optic construction work on Clark Avenue will affect traffic through December due to lane closures between Del Amo Boulevard and Ashworth Street. Work in front of City Hall finishes by Dec. 12 and will progress north to Ashworth Street.
