Summer recreation catalog is here

The 2026 Summer Recreation Catalog will be delivered to Lakewood homes over the Memorial Day Holiday weekend with online registration beginning Thursday, May 21 for residents.

The catalog offers many fun, family-friendly opportunities along with information on special events and programs such as Block Party, Concerts in the Park, summer camps and the aquatics program.

Priority mail-in registration and online registration for Lakewood residents begins on Thursday, May 21 and on Monday, June 1 for non-residents.

Most classes and activities begin the week of June 15. For more information call 562-866-9771, ext. 2408.

Register online

To find and register for recreation classes and programs, use the City's online registration system (eCatalog).

Browse programs by category or search for specific classes by keyword.

You will need to log in or create an account to register. You can create an account in advance to save time.

If you need help finding or registering for a class, please contact ecatalog@lakewoodca.gov or call 562-866-9771, ext. 2408. Staff can help you find programs that match your interests and complete the registration process.

By mail: Complete the registration form in the print catalog and mail it with payment (check or money order only) to the address provided on the form.
In person: Visit the Recreation and Community Services counter at City Hall.
At class location: Register at the class location if space is available (payment by check only).
